List of some tricky shots and edits

This was a tricky shot to film as it was an hand-held shot and it was filmed in the dark. We needed to make sure the camera didn't wobble and that you could clearly see the footsteps being taken. It was also tricky when editing because we had to change the colour and lighting on Final Cut Express, we wanted it to still be in the dark but for the audience to clearly be able to see the action in the scene.

This was a tricky shot to film because it is a point of view shot, to audience they are seeing what the man putting the gloves on would be seeing which involves them in film. It was a tricky shot because our actor had to stand behind the tripod and camera while putting on the gloves, they had to make sure they didn't knock the tripod and make sure that they were holding it in the center of the screen.

Making sure all the scenes colouring was the same when doing match on action to apply continuity in our film was difficult because we had to use the colour corrector which we never used before. If we pressed the corrector too much one way the colouring of the scene would have a tint of orange where as the other's would be dark and dingy, but if we pressed it too far the opposite way it went completely black and we wasn't able to see anything. In the end we managed to make it look the same.

To film this shot, our actress had to be on the oposite side of river that ran underneathe a bridge where we panned down from. It was tricky because there was no clear enterance to the other side of the river so our actress had to climb over fences and walk through a field to get to the side that we wanted to film her at.
It was also tricky because we had a few cars driving by which meant we had to stop filming and start again and due to it being under a bridge, there was no wall to block out for example, the weather or light, this was difficult for the actress because it was extremely windy and bright that day which meant it was hard for her to keep her eyes open without blinking.
We had to edit this scene to make it appear darker/later than it actually was that day as it was too bright, it was tricky because we had to make all the following clips the same colour. Also, due to the wind, we had to mute all sounds from the scene because the wind was too loud in the background.
