Location Recognisance Record for the Crossroad

Field, Woodland and Garden Location

These is the basic outline of the limit of land granted for the field, woodland and garden location. There is plenty of land to work with and some woodland. There are a few hazards that will have to be made note of and will be on the location Recognisance record.

Story board for the title sequence

This the story board for our title sequence, it incorportates credits and titles. To create this I worked with the story board which another member of the group had previously created so scenes and titles flowed smoothly.

Photos collected for the wall in the film

These are the photos of some of the victims houses, used to create a stalker feel to the male character and the wall which he sticks all of the photo's to.

Research into costume/make-up/props

This is a shot of how we could use the fake blood on one of the dead girls, this is around the same shot as we are planning to do. This clip i researched was from a TV episode of Ciminal Minds which we found was very simular to our storyline.

This is an episode of Hollyoaks (Hollyoaks Later) which i found on YouTube after seeing it previously. This could be another idea on how to use the fake blood to show how one of our victims has been beaten.

These are the type of gloves we are wanting for our killer. They are a well known stereotypical prop for a killer and once shown to the audience they will know this stereotype.

Props/Costumes/Make-up planning

This is our planning for the photo's on the wall, we cut them out and had to plan where and how we were going to lay them out on the wall. We all chose the photo's depending on the different girl's character's features, for example, cut pictures of hands out for the girl who's features were nails/hands, took photo's of eyes for the girl who's feautre was eyes etc. These photo's will be put on the wall in the background begining scene aswell as in the opening sequence. We are happy with how these photo's have turned out.
These are the planning steps of our props costume and make up, we are going to research how to put these into our film and then try them out and take photo's when we have all the objects and they are in use.

Character profiles #2

A little more detail to the Character profiles

Wade Cadell

A psychologically troubled male in his thirties. Divorced by his adulterous ex-wife who left him for another man. His resentment towards ex-wife, and anything that reminds him of her, leads him to murder several young women after meeting them on a social network site, using a fake profile that portraits him as a handsome young man named ‘Ashley Dixon’. He kills each of the follow girls by different means. Hope is his niece and relatively loved by him, her death by his hand causes him to go into an emotional brake down and is caught shortly after, after breaking down and consequentially drawing attention to himself, his location and his action.

Hope Yardley

Best friend of Lily’s who worries about her relationship with her mystery Facebook friend ‘Ashley Dixon’, unknown to her is that it’s really her uncle Wade. Going in Lily’s place to meet ‘Ashley’, she is accidentally killed by Wade, in Lily’s place. She is caring but shy and wishes she was as confident and as popular with the boys as Lily.

Lily Brooke

Talking with Wade online over a social network site, under the influence that he is ‘Ashley Dixon’. Best friend of Hope’s. Was supposed to be Wade’s final victim due to her eyes, which are strikingly similar to his ex-wife's, dramatic and endowed with false eyelashes. Very flirty and popular with men. Rather carless and superficial, but there’s a kind heart behind it all that tries to bring Hope out of her shell.

Abbi Rowan

Wades first victim. Killed due to her similar smile to Wade’s ex-wife. Is proud of her smile, is quite a sunny person and very open to compliments, which allowed Wade to groom her and eventually lead her to her death.

Harley Quinn

Second victim, killed because to similar hands and nails to his Wades ex-wife. Not really use to attention, Wade made her feel special. Not plain but un-endowed

Eddie Hawke

Third victim due to same piece jewellery to Wade’s ex-wife. Middle class, love neutral colours and jewellery, though colours are simple she is far from it an willing to try anything once, ‘Ashley’ appeals to her fun, daredevil side.

Danni Fisher

Fourth victim due to similar hair style to Wade’s ex-wife. Girly and somewhat quiet and proper, Wade seemed like a perfect gentleman and made her feel like royalty.
